Victoria's Secret shareholders have voted to reelect the full nine-member board, despite an oppositional campaign by a major investor.
The retailer said Thursday that Independent Chair Donna James received approval from more than 99% of the votes cast when excluding those cast by BBRC International.
The private investment firm waged a proxy contest against James's reelection, and voted against every other director nominee except for Chief Executive Hillary Super.
The other director nominees each got at least 81% support from all votes cast, and at least 96% when excluding BBRC's votes, the company said.
