Aurora Cannabis (ACB) shares fell 6.1% pre-bell Thursday after the company posted lower fiscal Q4 adjusted net income.

The company reported fiscal Q4 adjusted net income of 5.6 million Canadian dollars ($4 million), down from CA$15.3 million a year earlier.

Net revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was CA$84.8 million, up from CA$76.8 million a year earlier.

Aurora Cannabis said it expects fiscal year 2027 total net revenue to decline to levels in line with its fiscal year 2025 cannabis revenue, due to changes in Canada's public healthcare system.
