Paramount Skydance Extends Expiration Date for Offers to Purchase Warner Bros. Debt Securities

Paramount Skydance (PSKY) said Friday that it has extended the expiration dates of its previously announced exchange and tender offers for notes issued by units of Warner Bros Discovery (WBD) to July 1.

The notes are issued by Discovery Global and Discovery Communications, Paramount said.

The offers span multiple series of notes with different interest rates and maturities. The aggregate principal amount of the notes under the tender offer is $2.42 billion. The principal amount under the exchange offer includes $12.08 billion in US dollars and 551 million euros ($637.3 million), the company said.

The company said that as of Thursday, it had validly tendered about 11.12% and 16.30% of the aggregate principal amount of the tender offer notes and exchange offer notes, respectively.
