Immuneering (IMRX) said Thursday that the first patient has been dosed in a phase 3 trial of atebimetinib plus modified gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel to treat pancreatic cancer.
The oncology company said the trial is evaluating the safety and efficacy of atebimetinib + mGnP in patients with metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma who have received no prior systemic anti-cancer therapy.
Chief Executive Ben Zeskind said in a statement that the company intends to initiate more sites and dose more patients, and that topline data are expected in mid-2028.
Shares of Immuneering were up 3.4% pre-bell.
