Terra Metals Confirms High-Grade Mineralization at Western Australia Prospect; Shares Down 10%

Terra Metals (ASX:TM1) confirmed multiple, high-grade intervals of massive and semi-massive platinum group metals-copper-nickel-cobalt sulfide mineralization in the first three drill holes at the Southwest prospect, within the Dante project in Western Australia, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

First assays include 100 meters at 1.06 grams per tonne grade of PGE3, or platinum, palladium, and gold, nearly 40 meters at 0.70 g/t PGE3, and 11 meters at 1.32 g/t PGE3, the filing said.

Drilling is ongoing at the prospect, with further assays pending, per the filing.

Shares fell 10% in morning trade on Wednesday.
