Real Messenger (RMSG) shares were down more than 60% in Monday trading after the company said it priced its public offering of about 5.7 million units at $0.70 per unit, for expected gross proceeds of roughly $4 million.
Each unit consists of one class A share or one pre-funded warrant to purchase one class A share, along with one common warrant exercisable for one class A share. The common warrants are immediately exercisable at $0.70 per share and are subject to customary anti-dilution adjustments.
The offering is expected to close on or about Tuesday.
