run and a subsequent bear market.\nScaramucci described the situation as a “self-fulfilling prophecy,” where traders take the cue and start selling to match the expectations.\n“So, if the four-year cycle theory holds, Bitcoin doesn’t recover until the early part of the fourth quarter of 2026, possibly into the first quarter of 2027,” he added.\nScaramucci said he’s tracking the Relative Strength Index, a widely used technical indicator that suggests Bitcoin may be nearing a bottom.\nAs of this writing, Bitcoin’s RSI was below 30, according to TradingView.
