Sirius XM Shares Rise Ahead of Inclusion in S&P 400 Index

Shares of Sirius XM Holdings rose ahead of the company being added to the S&P MidCap 400 index.
The stock was up 3.9% to $28.50 in after-hours trading Monday. Shares closed up 1.6% at $27.44, having gained 37% this year.
The satellite-radio company will join the index ahead of the opening bell on Thursday.
Sirius XM will replace Masimo, which is set to be acquired by Danaher for nearly $10 billion.
