AOM International (HKG:0381) entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Yaluyun (Shanghai) Enterprise Management, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the toy and gift maker were down nearly 2% in Thursday afternoon trading.
The cooperation will focus on corporate mergers and acquisitions and restructuring, capital cooperation, resource synergy, and other areas.
