ERock shares are set to make their trading debut Wednesday after the maker of power systems for data centers raised about $600 million in an initial public offering priced at the midpoint of expectations.

ERock late Tuesday said it is selling more than 27.9 million shares at $21.50 apiece, compared with an expected price range of $20 to $23.

The pricing gives the Houston company an initial market capitalization of around $4.8 billion, assuming the underwriters exercise an option to buy an additional 4.19 million shares.

Shares of ERock are slated to begin trading later Wednesday on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol EROC.
