Village Farms International (VFF) has started growing crops at its phase 2 cultivation and processing plant in Groningen, Netherlands, the company said Tuesday.
The location became operational after securing final regulatory clearance and will expand total annualized output capability in the country to roughly 10 metric tons, the company said.
Management expects the site to achieve full output potential by early 2027, with revenue gains throughout the rest of 2026, Village Farms said.
