Ares Management (ARES) is in talks to acquire international data centers from GLP as part of the logistics operator's plan to sell about $2 billion of assets in 2026, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing unnamed people familiar with the matter.
GLP has been meeting bondholders in recent days, outlining plans to boost its finances and reassure investors over liquidity ahead of an expected public listing, according to the report.
Ares and GLP did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
