JFB Construction's Merger Partner XTEND Secures $3 Million Drone Contract

JFB Construction (JFB) merger partner XTEND has secured a $3 million defense contract for the delivery of more than 100 Scorpio autonomous-powered drone systems to a customer in the Asia-Pacific region, the company said Tuesday.

Deliveries are expected to begin this year and continue into 2027, the company said.

The drones are powered by XOS, XTEND's operating system for autonomous robotics, JFB said.

JFB and XTEND entered a deal in February to combine in an all-stock business combination, which would result in a combined company named XTEND AI Robotics and trade under the ticker symbol "XTND."
