BOE Technology Group (SHE:000725, SHE:200725) denied contributing to China's military after being included in the U.S. Defense Department's list of "Chinese military companies", according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Friday.
The electronics components producer said the inclusion in the list has no valid basis because it is neither "a Chinese military company nor a military-civil fusion contributor to the Chinese defense industrial base."
