Grocery Outlet Holding (GO) said late Tuesday it has appointed Ian Ferry as chief financial officer, and Paul Miller as chief purchasing and merchandising officer, effective June 9.
Ferry is being promoted from his current role as senior vice president, strategic finance, investor relations and treasurer, to succeed Chris Miller, who is retiring and will remain with the company through June 26, the company said.
Miller, a former key executive, is returning to the company to succeed Matt Delly, who will depart the firm, it added.
The company also said it reaffirmed its financial outlook for Q2 and fiscal 2026.
