Flutter Entertainment to Delist From London Stock Exchange

Flutter Entertainment (FLUT) plans to delist its shares from the London Stock Exchange, effective Aug. 3, the company said Friday.

The company's shares will trade only on the NYSE after the London delisting.

Flutter reviewed its dual-listing structure and decided to exit the London market after considering trading volumes and other factors, the company said.

Flutter shares were up 1% in premarket activity.
