Samsung FN REIT (KRX:448730) signed a lease renewal for the 14th floor of its FN Tower Jamsil in Seoul, with Woowa Brothers, according to a Thursday filing with the Korean Exchange.
The new terms of the 21-month lease include a security deposit of 372.8 million won, and a monthly rental fee of 39.4 million won on a leased area of around 1,359 square meters.
