Origin Property Public Company (BKK:ORI) announced that holders of ORI-W2 warrants can exercise their rights on June 30, at an exercise price of 4 baht per share.
The notification period for the exercise runs from June 23 to June 29, according to a Monday Thailand Exchange filing.
The warrants carry a 1:1 conversion ratio into ordinary shares.
