Digital Turbine (APPS) has agreed to sell select AdColony assets and trademarks to technology firm Affle, including mobile SDKs, ad tech platform, publisher integrations, and related intellectual property, Affle said Monday.
The company said the transaction is part of its strategy to streamline its technology stack and focus investment on its core media and distribution platform while continuing to develop its unified exchange ecosystem.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Digital Turbine shares were up 0.7% in Monday trading.
