Warby Parker's AI Bet Could Become Bigger Than Market Expects -- Market Talk

Dow Jones06-13

1644 ET - TD Cowen argues investors may be underestimating the upside from Warby Parker's planned AI glasses launch later this year. Analysts said in a research note its estimates don't include revenue from the product, even as they forecast the category could generate roughly $700 million to $800 million in annual sales by year five. They also see room for growth in Warby Parker's core eyewear business through store expansion, eye exams and insurance penetration, arguing smart glasses could provide meaningful upside beyond those existing growth drivers.
