Monash IVF Group Signs Supply Deal With Memphasys; Shares Down 3%

Monash IVF Group (ASX:MVF) signed a 12-month exclusive national supply agreement with reproductive biotechnology company Memphasys (ASX:MEM) for the Felix sperm separation system, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

In the initial three-month roll-out phase, the system will be deployed across two designated sites, the filing said.

Felix cartridges and consoles will be supplied across the company's Australian network, which includes 22 clinics across all mainland capital cities, upon completion of the initial phase, per the filing.

Commercial terms were not disclosed.

Monash IVF Group shares fell 3% in morning trade on Tuesday.
