Times China Offshore Noteholders Agree to Amendments

Times China (HKG:1233) said its offshore noteholders agreed to amend default provisions and waive potential breaches on about $1.42 billion of senior notes, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The property developer launched the consent solicitation in March and is seeking approval from holders of previously issued mandatory convertible bonds for similar amendments and waivers on June 17.
