InnoTek (SGX:M14) established a new subsidiary in Thailand, Mansfield Technology (Thailand), to facilitate a newly won liquid-cooling components project, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The facility spans 10,974 square meters and will mass-produce for the initial liquid-cooling project starting in October.

The company is expected to invest around SG$7.5 million in the project.

The new facility complements the company's existing Rayong facility, which is currently undergoing an expansion and is slated to become operational during the third quarter of the year.
