Ferguson Enterprises to Cancel Secondary London Stock Exchange Listing

MT Newswires Live06-16

Ferguson Enterprises (FERG) said Tuesday it intends to cancel its secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange, or LSE, effective July 20.

The company said the reasons for the London delisting include its far higher liquidity on the New York Stock Exchange compared to the LSE, its largely North American shareholding, cost efficiency, and alignment with its North American business profile and operations.

The company said its common stock will continue to trade on the NYSE after the London delisting.
