Ameren's (AEE) Union Electric subsidiary has priced an offering of $500 million of 5.75% first mortgage bonds due 2056 at 99.324% of face value, the company said late Monday.
Net proceeds will be used to fund refinancing and capital expenditures, the company said.
Closing is expected to occur on June 29, subject to customary closing conditions.
