Cinda International's (HKG:0111) CEO Zhan Jiang will resign effective Wednesday due to the re-designation of work by Cinda Securities, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Zhan will continue to be the asset manager's chairman.
Zhan is currently the deputy general manager of Cinda Securities' (SHA:601059), a unit of China Cinda Asset Management (HKG:1359), which is an indirect controlling shareholder of Cinda International.
The company, on the same day, re-designated Deputy CEO Ren Jie to CEO effective the same day.
