UGRO Capital Allots Commercial Papers Worth INR150 Million

Non-banking finance company UGRO Capital (NSE:UGROCAP, BOM:511742) has allotted commercial papers worth 150 million Indian rupees, according to a Monday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

The commercial papers were issued at 489,029.50 rupees for each security of face value of 500,000 rupees.

The securities, which are proposed to be listed, are issued at a tenure of 92 days and are scheduled to mature on Sept. 15.
