Charter Hall Retail REIT (ASX:CQR) declared a dividend of AU$0.064 per share for the quarter ending June 30, according to an Australian bourse filing on Thursday after market hours.
The dividend will be paid on Aug. 28 to shareholders on record as of June 30, per the filing.
The company paid a dividend of AU$0.0635 per share in the previous quarter, an earlier filing showed.
