APA Group (ASX:APA) declared a final distribution of AU$0.305 per security for the six months ending June 30, payable on Sept. 16 to shareholders on record as of June 30, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
It declared a final dividend of AU$0.30 per security in the previous year.
Its shares fell 1% in recent trading on Friday.
