PRG (BKK:PRG) said 1.1 million newly issued shares will begin trading on June 22, following a capital increase linked to warrant conversions, according to a Friday Thailand Exchange filing.
The company's paid-up capital will rise to 764.5 million baht from 763.4 million baht, after the issue.
The additional shares were allotted through exercise of PRG-W5 warrants, at a ratio of 1 warrant for 1.0159 shares, with an exercise price of 4.9217 baht per share, the filing said.
