Barnwell Industries (BRN) has received full repayment of the seller financing provided in connection with the sale of its Hawaii-based water well drilling and pump installation business, Water Resources International, the company said Thursday.
Barnwell sold Water Resources for gross proceeds of around $1.1 million, including seller financing.
The company continues to evaluate strategic alternatives for its Canadian oil and gas assets, including a potential sale, it said.
Barnwell shares were down 1.8% in premarket activity.
