SRS Holdings (TYO:8163) said it will expand its shareholder benefit program, lowering the minimum shareholding required to receive benefit coupons, according to a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Under the revised program, shareholders holding between 100 and 499 shares will receive benefit coupons worth 2,000 yen annually, while those holding 500 to 999 shares will receive coupons worth 12,000 yen per year.
The new program will apply to shareholders recorded on the company's register as of Sept. 30.
