Broadcom (AVGO) set pricing Wednesday for its cash tender offers covering six series of outstanding senior notes, with a consideration cap of $2.5 billion.

The tender applies to notes due from 2030 to 2038, with acceptance priority levels outlined in the offer to purchase, the company said Wednesday in a statement. Total consideration ranges from $970.29 to $1,023.23 per $1,000 principal amount, depending on the series.

The tender offers are scheduled to expire at 5 p.m. Wednesday with the initial settlement expected on Thursday.
