Tesson Unit Enters Cooperation MoU for Charging Station Project; Shares Surge 23%

Tesson Holdings (HKG:1201) unit Tesson Sino Express Intelligence Power (Hong Kong) entered into a one-year MoU with China Railway First Group for non-exclusive cooperation on a project, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the lithium-ion power battery company were up 23% in Wednesday afternoon trading.

The project involves the construction, operation, and maintenance of Photovoltaic-Storage-Charging-Inspection integrated charging stations in Hong Kong.

A carpark in Hoi Wang Road, Tsuen Wan, is expected to be the first pilot project.
