Clorox Names Hyder COO, Streamlines Operating Structure

MT Newswires Live06-18

Clorox (CLX) said Wednesday it appointed Chris Hyder chief operating officer, effective immediately, as part of a simplified operating structure that consolidates oversight of all business units under a single executive.

Hyder was previously executive vice president and group president of Health & Hygiene.

Nina Barton, formerly executive vice president and group president of Care & Connection, was named chief growth and strategy officer, a newly created role.

The changes come as Clorox's board conducts a search for a new chief executive officer, a process the company announced in May.
