East Money Information (SHE:300059) sold bonds worth 3 billion yuan, the company's second issuance for the year, according to a Shenzhen bourse on Wednesday.
The bonds were issued in two tranches. The first tranche amounted to 2.2 billion yuan and has a coupon rate of 1.75% with a term of three years.
The second tranche amounted to 800 million yuan and has a coupon rate of 1.90% with a five-year term.
