China Aircraft Leasing Group (HKG:1848) said it agreed to buy 16 aircraft from China Aircraft Global, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The transaction is expected to be completed on June 24 and involves multiple Airbus and Boeing aircraft.
