China Aerospace Times Electronics (SHA:600879) issued 830 million yuan in ultra-short-term commercial paper, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.
The bonds have a coupon rate of 1.53% and a term of 124 days.
China Merchants Bank (SHA:600036, HKG:3968) is the lead underwriter of the issuance.
The aerospace company's shares dropped 5% during the midday trade.
