Magnachip Semiconductor (MX) has launched new power chips designed to meet growing demand from artificial intelligence servers, electric vehicle chargers, and industrial applications, the company said Monday.
The company introduced two new 6th-generation 600V Super Junction MOSFETs, which are power semiconductor components that offer improved power conversion efficiency, faster switching performance, and reduced power losses.
Shares rose nearly 2% in recent after-hours trading.
