HJ Science Nets HK$1 Billion in Hong Kong IPO Ahead of Debut

HJ Science (HKG:6132) raised HK$1.02 billion in net proceeds from its initial public offering in Hong Kong, according to a Monday after-market filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.

The clinical-stage biotech company priced its IPO at HK$81.80 per share, issuing 13.6 million shares in total.

The Hong Kong public offering portion of the deal was 2,007.6 times subscribed, with a final allotment of 1.36 million shares.

The international offering was 7 times subscribed, with 12.2 million shares allocated.

Cornerstone investors received 6.2 million shares, representing 45.79% of the IPO shares.

HJ Science is set to debut on the Hong Kong bourse today, June 23.
