EnCore Energy Says US Regulator Issues Positive Environmental Assessment for Dewey Burdock Project License

EnCore Energy (EU) said Monday it received a positive environmental assessment with a finding of No Significant Impact from the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission in support of the Dewey Burdock Uranium Project's 20-year source materials license.

The NRC also issued a programmatic agreement to satisfy obligations under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, EnCore said.

EnCore said that an NRC safety review is the final step in the license renewal process and that it has submitted all information and materials required for consideration.
