Valens Semiconductor has hired Karine Pinto-Flomenboim as the chipset maker's new chief financial officer.
Valens on Monday said Pinto-Flomenboim, who most recently served as finance chief of Arbe Robotics, joins the Hod Hasharon, Israel, company on Aug. 9.
Valens in April said its current chief financial officer, Guy Nathanzon, is stepping down on July 13. The company said Yael Rozenberg, its vice president of finance, will serve as interim finance chief until Pinto-Flomenboim takes up her post.
