Marcus (MCS) division Marcus Theatres hit record revenue for a June opening weekend with "Toy Story 5" across its locations, the theatre chain said Monday.
The film's debut marked the highest opening box office for an animated film since 2019, and Marcus Theatres also posted record combined concession, merchandise, and food and beverage sales for a June opening weekend, it said.
Marcus operates theatres across 17 states under its Marcus Theatres and Movie Tavern brands.
