Domino's Changes CEOs From Position of Strength -- Market Talk

Dow Jones06-23

0810 ET - Domino's Pizza is transitioning CEOs into a position of relative industry strength, Benchmark's Todd Brooks says in a research note. The company's approach of winning market share while preserving, or even enhancing, franchisee profitability is proving to be the right competitive approach, the analyst says. And while the market may have reacted negatively to the change, Brooks appreciates the leadership continuity of promoting COO Joe Jordan, who has 15 years of experience in various Domino's leadership roles. The analyst maintains a buy rating on the stock. Domino's is off 0.5% premarket. (dean.seal@wsj.com)
