[Clarifies headline]
QTREX Quantum's (QTEX) stock is rising nearly 7% after senior executives told the company Monday that they plan to buy back as much as 2 million of its shares over the next 12 months.
The buyers include Chief Executive Dagi Ben-Noon and Chairman Tal Parnas, as well as other members of the QTREX's senior management team.
The company said the share purchases are expected to be conducted through open-market transactions at market prices, and may also be made through privately negotiated transactions, block trades, and/or other legal means.
