Nixxy (NIXX) and energy infrastructure firm Tachyon9 said Monday that they have secured an offtake agreement with Nidar Infrastructure for the Nakota AI Data Campus in North Dakota that provides about $156 million in annual recurring revenue from an initial 100-megawatt phase.

The agreement gives Nidar Infrastructure and its subsidiary Yotta Data Services the right of first offer on the remaining campus capacity and supports a development pathway of 1 gigawatt of power plus up to $1.5 billion in annual revenue potential once the project is fully built out, according to a statement.
