0654 GMT - Avolta's move for DFS's business in a Japanese city shows a solid approach by management to capital spending, Vontobel's Manual Lang argues. The Swiss duty-free giant said it was acquiring its rival's Okinawa business for an undisclosed sum in a bid to expand its geographic presence in East Asia. "The accretive nature of the deal on every metric shows disciplined capital allocation approach by the management," Lang says. (joshua.kirby@wsj.com; @joshualeokirby)
