LM Funding America Expands Into AI, High-Performance Computing Infrastructure; Shares Fall Pre-Bell

LM Funding America (LMFA) is entering the high-performance computing and AI infrastructure space, leveraging its Bitcoin mining power for GPU computing use, the company said Tuesday.

The company said it has placed orders for AI GPU servers for its Oklahoma site and is offering available power capacity at both its Oklahoma and Mississippi facilities for AI hosting and colocation services.

LM Funding said it is leveraging 26 megawatts of owned power infrastructure, with roughly 22 megawatts dedicated to Bitcoin mining, and is considering further capacity expansion and additional acquisitions.

Shares of the company were down over 22% in premarket activity Tuesday.
