Coherus Enters Trial Collaboration, Supply Agreement With Zumutor Biologics

Coherus Oncology (CHRS) said Tuesday it has entered a clinical collaboration and supply deal with Zumutor Biologics to conduct a phase 1 trial of ZM008 in combination with LOQTORZI.

The trial will enroll up to 45 patients in the US with solid tumors, including colorectal, head and neck, and non-small cell lung cancers, to evaluate safety, tolerability, and dosing, the company said.

Under the agreement terms, Coherus will provide LOQTORZI to trial sponsor Zumutor, while both companies will retain all commercial rights to their respective compounds, it added.
