Dye & Durham has said that George Tsivin is no longer serving as its chief executive officer or as a member of the company's board of directors, with immediate effect.

A sub-committee of the board of directors has been formed, which will assume duties and responsibilities of the office of the CEO, the cloud-based software and technology company said late Tuesday.

The committee includes Tyler Proud, Mary Filippelli and Angela Zhang.

"The board's search for a permanent Chief Executive Officer is underway," Dye & Durham said.

"We have heard clearly from the market that the company must move with greater discipline, improve execution, and restore confidence in the path forward," Filippelli, chair of the board, said.

Dye & Durham reiterated that its strategic process remains ongoing, and the board continues to evaluate opportunities to optimize and monetize assets to simplify its business and strengthen the balance sheet.
